1. Shipping costs:

I offer free shipping in the European Union and some European countries..

2. How do we send the products?

Jewellery is sent in protected envelopes. Cushions are shipped in boxes.

3. When will your order ship?

Since the jewellery is made for order, allow me 3-5 days to ship it.

Cushions will be shipped on the next day we receive the order. Please, note, I do not ship items on the weekend. If you order on the weekend, I will ship it next Monday.

4. Do you ship international?

Currently I ship to countries of the European Union. I consider shipping international in the future.

5. How long will it take for my package to arrive?

If you are inside Romania, you will receive your package within 3-5 business days. If you are outside Romania, you will receive your package within 5-10 business days. However, each country is different and it might take longer in some cases. You can track your package with the customs number.

6. Refused Delivery:

Customers are responsible for ensuring their address is correct and complete. MeliBodó will not be held responsible for shipping to incorrect addresses. In the case where a shipment is returned to us, the customer is entitled to a refund for cost of goods less shipping charges and any return shipping or customs charges incurred. In the case of refused delivery on an order entitled to free shipping, the customer is entitled to a refund for cost of goods less Meli Bodó’s cost of shipping to the customer and any return shipping or customs charges incurred.
