Refund And Return Policy
I want you to be delighted with your purchase! If you encounter an issue with your order, please review the refund policy below:
Eligibility for Refunds
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a refund. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer a full refund or exchange.
Refunds are only granted in the following cases:
- The product has a manufacturing error caused by us.
- The product was damaged during shipping.
Please do not send back any product before contacting us. Clear photographic evidence of the issue must be provided before a refund or exchange is considered.

Sizing, Returns & Replacements
We provide a detailed video and sizing guide for rings and bracelets to help you measure correctly before placing your order.
If you order the wrong size, here are your options:
Refund (Wrong Size)
- You may return the item and request a refund.
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
- Return shipping is your responsibility, and shipping costs are non-refundable. These will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
Replacement (Wrong Size)
- You can request a new item in the correct size.
- You must return the original item first (unused and well packaged).
- Once received, I’ll handmake the new size.
- All shipping costs for returning and resending the product are the customer’s responsibility.
We cannot take responsibility for incorrect measurements submitted by the customer, but we’re happy to help correct the issue through a return or exchange.

Return and Shipping Costs
In general, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
However, if the item was damaged in transit or a manufacturing error occurred, and the issue is confirmed after inspection, we may reimburse your return shipping cost (to be agreed upon in advance and processed after the item is returned).
Returns must be:
- Shipped using a trackable service
- Well packaged in original or equivalent protective packaging
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company (processing may take time).
- Then contact your bank.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our fault. If you need to request an exchange for the same item, email us at info@melibodo.com
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to them.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, email us at info@melibodo.com We’ll provide the appropriate return address.
Customers are responsible for paying for their own return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund total.
For higher-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages without tracking.
